AlcoForce OPTIMA is a light, elegant breathalyzer equipped with a modern 4th generation electrochemical sensor. The AlcoForce device is distinguished not only by its interesting appearance, but also by its exceptional ease of use. The casing of the breathalyzer is extremely scratch resistant thanks to its interesting slightly rough texture.
The device owes its reliability to an innovative electrochemical sensor. The sensor is characterized by durability, high sensitivity and speed of operation. The device also has a digital display that automatically turns red when the measurement exceeds the intoxication threshold.
Calibration is a concept inherent in any breathalyzer. This means that every 6 months or 600 measurements, the breathalyzer must be reconfigured so that it correctly interprets the readings of the wearable sensor. The need for calibration is indicated by messages and results that differ significantly from reality – e.g. 0.5 ‰ despite the lack of alcohol consumption.
Breathalyzers differ from each other not only in terms of parameters but also in the way they function and perform measurements. Alcoforce OPTIMA is a modern and accurate device.
Sensor A specialized fuel cell that generates an electric charge by a chemical reaction that “burns” alcohol. This high-quality sensor allows you to make as many as 500 measurements within 12 months without a significant change in the performance characteristics. After exceeding these parameters, in order to maintain high precision, the device should be calibrated.
Flow sensor Flow detector. It detects the exhaled air passing through the device and, based on the time of exhalation, activates the collection of a sample for analysis.
The sampling selenoid takes an air sample for analysis. The precision and repeatability of this element are crucial to the reliability of the device.
Buzzer built-in speaker informs about the measurement progress by means of an acoustic signal.
The signal processor analyzes the signal generated by the sensor and calculates the amount of alcohol detected in the air sample.

Good things are rarely cheap, but not always expensive. This is what it is with AlcoForce devices. We use technologies and components for our devices in the manner of conduct for quality / quality. AlcoForce breathalyzers, although cheaper than their competitors, always achieve high marks in measurement precision tests. Here are some of ours:
‘Speed, efficiency and precision are the features that describe this professional equipment best.” (more…)
‘This breathalyzer fulfills its role in 100%.” (more…)
– multi-stage production control – the highest standards and quality procedures – each breathalyzer is subject to precision control not only after production but also before admitting it to the market.
International service network: London, Warsaw, Poznań, Prague
Various technologies are used in the production of breathalyzers. The most universal and reliable is electrochemical technology, which until recently was very expensive and used only in police breathalysers.
Today, AlcoForce offers electrochemical equipment. Sensors suitable by AlcoForce are optimized for the intended use of the breathalyzer and now we create a structure that does not differ from the number of more expensive devices from other manufacturers.
